Dita and Melissa come to Gracie Fitness to work with me every Wednesday. They come to get a workout that will never get anywhere else. In this case they actually asked to do one of my Fighters Leg Days which consists of sets of 10 box jumps then immediately into a set of 20 on the squat machine with not only weight but2 resistance bands at 100lbs each...Very impressive!!
