Fight Camp Plyo's

As we get into a Fighters Fight Camp I have to use everything I ever learned on each and every one of them. All Fighters use all aspects of Strength and Conditioning during a fight.In this video you see me warming up the chest shoulders triceps (after warming up the rotator cuffs earlier) with plyometric full body pushups...These pushups use a lot of the muscles used to throw a punch and of course punches need to be powerful so we use explosion to power up the muscles response.
