Squats and Chains

We use chains when we do squats so that as the lift gets higher the weight increases. This simulates the opponent in The Cage trying harder and harder to resist Juliano lifting him p or moving him around.The bottom of this lift was about 245lbs and at the top of the lift it was about 285lbs...
